This website is owned and operated by Blue360Holdings Corporation.  All services, digital registires, and platform operations are fulfilled by Gifted Paw LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Blue360Holdings Corporation.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website, joining our Founding Members waitlist, or making a purchase. By accessing our website, joining the waitlist, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Blue360Holdings Corporation ("Blue360Holdings Corporation," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, join our Founding Members waitlist, or make purchases. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Founding Members Program

Gifted Paw offers a Founding Members waitlist program ("Program") to early supporters of our community.

  • Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a purchase, product, or specific delivery date, and does not itself create a binding sales contract.
  • Founding Member benefits (such as early access, the first edition book, or founding-member recognition) will be described at the time of signup and are subject to availability.
  • Fees, if any, collected in connection with the Program will be disclosed before you are charged, along with applicable refund terms for the Program specifically.
  • We reserve the right to modify, delay, or discontinue the Program, provided that we will honor any benefits already paid for or otherwise communicate a remedy (such as a refund) if we are unable to do so.

4. Products and Pricing

4.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to describe our products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are complete, accurate, or error-free. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order has been placed. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

4.3 Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our sole discretion.

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm acceptance via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

5.2 Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order. All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.

5.3 Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframes described on our website. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Refunds

The Founding Members Program does not entail the sale or delivery of physical merchandise; accordingly, no return policy is applicable to the Program. This Section governs solely the refund of fees, if any, paid in connection with enrollment in the Program.

7.1 Eligibility

Where a fee has been charged in connection with your enrollment in the Founding Members Program, you may submit a request for refund of such fee by notifying us in writing at the contact address set forth in Section 18, provided that such request is submitted within[days of the date payment was rendered.

7.2 Exclusions

No refund shall be due, and any request therefore shall be denied, where (a) the applicable refund period set forth in Section 7.1 has elapsed, or (b) any benefit, item, or entitlement associated with the Program, including without limitation early access or the first edition book, has already been delivered, dispatched, or otherwise fulfilled to you.

7.3 Method and Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a commercially reasonable time following approval. We shall have no obligation to issue refunds by any alternative method.

7.4 Reservation of Rights

‍ We reserve the right to amend, restrict, or discontinue the refund terms set forth in this Section at any time and without prior notice; provided, however, that any such amendment shall apply solely on a prospective basis and shall not affect refund requests properly submitted prior to the effective date of such amendment.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Blue360Holdings Corporation and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIFTED PAW LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER OR PROGRAM FEE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue360Holdings Corporation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesot without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or in a court of competent jurisdiction locate You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Note: A small number of states restrict or limit the enforceability of mandatory arbitration and class-action-waiver clauses in consumer contracts. If you expect meaningful order volume from those states, have this section reviewed by counsel licensed there.
